Excellent GCSE and Key Stage 2 (provisional) results achieved by pupils in Harrow’s schools.
Pupils from Harrow’s schools are celebrating excellent 2022 GCSE and Key Stage 2 results (both provisional) that have positioned Harrow at the top of local authorities nationally.
Harrow has ranked 4th (top 3%) amongst 151 local authorities across the country for its GCSE Progress 8 score and its Attainment 8 score ranked 14th.
The borough also came 6th nationally (top 4%) for the percentage of its pupils achieving the expected standard in reading, writing and mathematics at Key Stage 2 (pupils leaving primary school). In addition, the percentage of pupils working at a higher standard in reading, writing and mathematics ranks Harrow 13th (top 9%).

“This clearly confirms what we have always known about our educational standards within Harrow in being outstanding.
“It is a credit to our wonderful heads, teachers and the school staff who continue to do an excellent job, as well as to the families in Harrow for their ongoing support and of course the hard work of the children themselves.
“Putting education and our future generations first is just one of the reasons in taking pride in living, working and bringing up children in the borough of Harrow.”
