A by-election for Pinner South Ward has officially been declared following the publication of the Notice of Election today (9th September 2021).
Voters in Pinner South Ward will go to the polls on Thursday 14th October 2021 to elect a new local member following the death of long-serving Councillor Chris Mote.
Prospective candidates have until 4pm on Friday 17th September 2021, to submit their nomination papers.
Nomination packs can be downloaded from the Council’s website or obtained by contacting the Election Office. Anyone wishing to submit nominations is asked to make an appointment with the Election Office.
Polling Stations in the Pinner South Ward will open at 7am on 14th October 2021 and remain open until 10pm.
The count will be held the following day, Friday 15th October 2021
Those wishing to find out more about registering to vote – including obtaining a postal vote –can do so by contacting the Electoral Registration team at [email protected].
Residents in Pinner South have until midnight on Tuesday 28th September 2021, to register in time to vote in the by-election. The deadline for postal applications is 5pm on Wednesday 29th September 2021.
