Care users survey is 'vital tool'

This month sees the launch of a national survey of Adult Social Care users.

The survey is designed to get detailed feedback on the performance of local councils and examines important issues, like the extent to which respondents have been helped to live independent and fulfilled lives.

People receiving long-term support from Harrow Council’s Adult Social Care teams will get a copy of the survey through the post.

If you receive one, please take some time to complete it and return in the pre-paid envelope. The survey is a vital tool for seeking feedback. Your views are extremely valuable as they help to improve what we do and could have a real impact on the quality of care we offer in the future.

The survey is completely anonymous and all the information you give is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed to anyone directly providing you with services.

Independent support and advice is also available from the Support and Wellbeing Information Service Harrow (SWiSH) via phone and email on 020 8515 7867 or [email protected].

The closing date for the survey is 13 March.

The survey is available in large print, other languages, and an easy-read version.
