Apply for a club premises certificate
Please complete the application to apply for a club premises certificate.
You will need to provide other information, including:
- a plan of the premises
- a copy of the rules of the club
- a club operating schedule
You will need to pay an annual fee.
If you prefer you can download a paper version of the club premise licence application and return the completed form to licensing@harrow.gov.uk.
