Description: Join the Man Down Project for a men’s winter walk, raising awareness for combating seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and promoting the benefits of outdoor activities in winter.
The walk will feature discussions on coping with the winter blues and maintaining mental health during the colder months. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. Refreshments will be provided during the walk.
Requirements: Walking Shoes/Boots, Bottle of water and an open mind.
