Designed to strengthen the body and mind, release stress and tension, improve mobility, posture and balance, boost energy and mood, and soothe aches, pains and stiffness.

Option to stay for a free hot drink after the class to get to know other participants.

£10 per class when booking four consecutive classes or £12 pay per class.
