Online Tai Chi sessions
Zhijun Wang is an accredited and experienced Tai Chi tutor who teaches Tai Chi around Harrow in parks and community centres.

It is recommended that you do 20-30 minutes of exercise every day to keep healthy and to boost your immune system – going for a short walk if you are not in self isolation or do one of the many options online here.
For older adults particularly it is also recommended that you do strengthening exercises twice a week such as yoga, weights (even lifting your shopping) or Tai Chi. Some examples of strengthening exercises can be found here.
