We are incredibly proud of our parks and open spaces in the London Borough of Harrow. Our green spaces are the heart of our community. We proudly hold several Green Flag Park Awards to show for it.
Our park teams work hard every day to keep these lovely spaces for everyone. They carry out regular inspections and maintenance to ensure our parks safe and welcoming.
But we know that problems can come up between our scheduled visits. We depend on our residents to spot wear and tear or any unexpected damage. Your eyes and ears help us keep everything in good order. When you report faults, you help us keep our parks in great shape.
Reporting park issues or faults
You can use our online form to let us know about any issues in our parks or open spaces. Please get in touch if you spot any of the following:
- Vandalised or faulty park benches
- Damaged or overflowing bins
- Issues with bridges or ponds
- Broken fences and gates
- Problems with footpaths or paving.
To report issues with play or gym equipment, see our Report faulty playground or gym equipment page.
When you submit a report, please be specific about where the fault is. A clear description helps our teams quickly find and fix the problem. We would like to thank you in advance for helping us look after our award winning parks.
