Who is this service for?
This service is for Landlords who get their tenant's housing benefit directly into their own bank account.
They can use it to get information about their tenant's housing benefit payments.
How to add the Landlord's service to your MyHarrow account
To add the Landlord's service to your MyHarrow account, you will need:
- Your landlord reference number. You can find this on your payment schedule.
- Claim reference numbers for your tenants
- The amount of your last housing benefit payment
- The date of your last housing benefit payment (please note that the payment takes 2 working days to reach your bank account. For example, if your last payment was on a Monday, enter the date of the Thursday before)
- The bank account number to which the benefits are paid into
- The Landlord's name as it appears on letters sent to you by the Council
- The postcode of the address the Council uses to send letters to you
How to view your letters and payment schedules

Follow these steps to view your letters:
- On the Landlord Summary screen select 'View my letters and payment schedules'
- Select the drop-down and select 'All issued'
- You will be able to download your correspondence. If you are using a mobile device you might need to scroll to the right to see the download link.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why haven't I received a payment?
You can view payments we've made on your MyHarrow account. If you've not received a payment, you will need to contact your tenant.
What should I do if there is an error?
If you see an error message, try reloading the page or using a different web browser.
If the error continues, please send a screenshot of the error and description of what you were doing when it happened using this form:
