Check the progress of a Council Tax application
After reporting a change or submitting an application it can take up to 50 days for a decision to be made.
When a decision is made you will be sent either a new bill or a letter. You can check whether anything has been sent by visiting your MyHarrow Account; when you get there:
- be sure to see the 'View bills and reminders' link
- you may need to select a time period
If no correspondence is showing then a decision hasn't been made yet. Please continue to pay your most recent bill until a new bill is issued.
