The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is significantly impacting some of our services and we have been reviewing our business continuity plans to ensure essential services for vulnerable people remain accessible.

Adult Social Care

Our Adult Social Care support line will remain open - 0208 901 2680. Please expect some delays whilst we are supporting our most vulnerable residents in Harrow.

Parking and Permits

You can currently park in resident permit bays in the Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) that you live in without needing to display a permit. However, enforcement of Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) will be re-introduced from 1st October 2020.

If your property is within a CPZ you will receive further correspondence about resident permits.

Tick icon3 If you receive a PCN during the Coronavirus lock down you may be able to appeal it online.
Tick icon3 PCN's will not be issued to a vehicle displaying an out of date permit that expires beyond March 2020.
