How the Coronavirus is affecting Civic Centre appointments

Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) threat we are no longer accepting bookings for appointments at our Civic Centre one-stop-shop.

We are not accepting bookings for appointments at our One-Stop-Shop.

Payment kiosks: Our One-Stop-Shop is closed to visitors, however you can still use our self-service payment kiosks. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card and you will be issued with a receipt. You must have your reference number with you as there will not be any staff available to assist. Alternatively you can pay online or by using our Telephone payment line:  020 8424 1220.

Delivering documents: Our One-Stop-Shop is closed to visitors, however you can still deliver important documents to our internal post box. Before you come in, place the documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the department's attention. You should provide photocopies of documents, the relevant department will then contact you if they need to see the original documents.

No staff will be available to assist during your visit. If you have any queries about your documents please contact the relevant department before your visit.
