Supporting agencies

If a child is not making progress despite interventions being put in place, providers may refer to external agencies with parental consent.

There are many types of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, illustrated below are some of the support agencies:

Portage home visitors Parents

Portage is for children who are not in a setting. Children within a setting should be referred to the setting SENCo.

Parents can contact the service using telephone number 0208 966 6482 or through the Early Support Children's Centre.

Speech and Language Therapists Parents and Settings

Parents can access the service through Early Support Children's Centres

Settings can complete the Paediatric Speech & Language Therapy Service referral form and send to:
