Bin orders for residents of flats and commercial properties

Flats have large communal bins which are shared and individual bins cannot be ordered for them.

If you live in a maisonette these are treated as houses and new bin orders can be ordered online.

Order a new bin if you live in a maisonette

To order a new bin you will need:

  • Your details
  • The type of bin you would like to order
  • Payment information

You can order a new bin online which will be delivered within four weeks.

If your property is new or newly converted, the property owner is responsible for purchasing the new bins as required.

We do not supply recycling bins to flats above shops because there is nowhere to store the bins securely and prevent their contamination.

All bin requests for new developments and flats need to be assessed.
