The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) will open in Harrow from 1 April. This new programme is intended to support low-income households who encounter a financial shock and to support activity that builds individual and community financial resilience.
We are currently finalising the details of the CRF programme, including eligibility criteria, the types of support available, and the application process.
Full guidance will be published on this webpage once the programme design has been completed and approved. Residents are encouraged to check back for updates.
