Shelly called Careline this morning to inform that her father has gone into a nursing home and will no longer require the telecare service.
She went on to say that she and her family are so grateful for the service her father received from everyone at Careline for the last few years, the service has been exceptional and they were all very glad that he was in such good hands. Shelly asked for this information to be passed on to all concerned.
Mr Gould, 15 September 2018
Son of Mrs Gould rang this morning to thank staff for the service we provide. He was called to attend his mother and when he arrived he found she had fallen and was taken to hospital.
He was very pleased that the alarm system has worked and repeated how grateful he was.

Pamela made a test call today and asked for her best wishes and grateful thanks for Careline being here to help her when necessary.
The longer serving people at Careline will probably remember her and her yearly Christmas card, and her cat Poppy who often sat on the alarm and set it off. Poppy sadly passed away and she now has Tessa who is a little better behaved.

Mr Grogan, who is the son of one of our clients, wanted to thank us for our assistance with his father earlier today.
His father had fallen and the Careline operator had arranged for an ambulance to attend. His son said that he was so pleased to have invested in the alarm as it really came into effect today and he wanted to say thanks.
