The Forward Plan is a statutory document issued on behalf of the Leader of the Council. It is prepared on a monthly basis, covers a 4 month period and must be published at least 14 days before the start of the period covered.
Its purpose is to enable the public to see in advance what key decisions are being taken and how you can have a say. It details matters which will be the subject of a key decision to be taken by the Cabinet or by an individual Member. In Harrow, key decisions can only be taken by the Cabinet and the Leader acting on behalf of Cabinet.
