RESOLVED:  That the Licensing Panel hearing be adjourned.

REASONS:  Upon having being informed by the licensing officer that the Premises were now actively engaging with the Police and were deploying a range of methods to prevent the licensing objectives being undermined; and that the Police wanted the hearing of the review to be adjourned to assess the effectiveness of these new methods, the Panel concluded that it was appropriate to adjourn the hearing as requested.
