Harrow Children and Young People's Plan

All Children's Trusts in England are required to set out in writing how they will work together to improve outcomes for children and young people in their area. The Harrow Children and Young People's Plan 2009-2011 explains our agreed partnership priorities and how we aim to achieve these over the next two years. It is not just a council plan but involves all agencies, both statutory and voluntary, community and faith groups working together to set agreed goals.
