Unitary Development Plan
Harrow Unitary Development Plan 2004
The Harrow interactive Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted by the council on 30 July 2004. It completely replaces Harrow UDP of 28 November 1994.
The UDP is the statutory development plan for the borough. It sets out the planning framework for future borough developments over the next ten years. All planning applications are assessed against the policies and proposals of the plan.
