Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR)
The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) contains information to enable the council to monitor land use information over the years to come. The AMR contains information on the performance of the borough against:

Government Core Indicators

Local Indicators relating to the Unitary Development Plan (UDP)

the implementation of the Local Development Scheme for the LDF
The council prepares the AMR on an annual basis and once approved by members the AMR is submitted to the Department for Communities and Local Government by 31 December each year.
