Planning Consultation
Current Planning Consultations List
Effective community involvement is a key part of the new planning system. All local authorities are required to produce a Statement Of Community Involvement (SCI), which formally sets out how and when the Council will involve the local community and other stakeholders in planning issues, including the preparation, alteration and review of Local Development Documents and in the development control process.
The final version of the SCI was adopted in 2006 and is available for viewing.
The following table identifies current planning consultations.
To have your say the council has an online consultation portal which allows you to view the documents and make your comments online. You can register on this site to be notified of future planning consultations or contact the LDF team.
