Harrow's Local Safeguarding Adults Board (L.S.A.B.) is a multi-agency partnership, made up of a wide range of statutory, independent and voluntary agencies and organisations, all working together to keep adults, particularly those who are more vulnerable, safe from the risk of abuse, harm or exploitation.
