The Notice of the Local Authority's Final Decision gives the reasons why it has not been possible to offer a place at your preferred school.
The Local Authority considers the school where your child has been allocated a place a reasonable offer, in that it is able to accommodate your child without prejudicing the provision of efficient education or the efficient use of resources.
