Fly-posting

Permission is required to display an advert on highway-controlled land or structures; enquiries should be made to the Highways Department.

Adverts on private land or buildings may need planning permission; enquiries should be made to the Planning Department.

We will remove posters displayed without permission daily from shopping areas and main thoroughfares, and every three weeks from residential areas.

We do not remove fly posters from privately owned property. To report a flypost that requires removal please contact public realm maintenance.
