Roads - obstructions

If you encounter any of the following items blocking a road, Harrow Council can remove them for you:

• streetworks
• roadworks
• skips 
• scaffolds
• hoardings
• advertising boards
• building materials
• banners or bunting - for example, flags and decorations

We can also resolve problems with potholes, kerbing and manhole covers.
