You can report a missed bin collection via our online 'REPORT IT' form listed on the right of this page.

This form is for both commercial and domestic bins.

To avoid delays please fill in all relevant fields.

Please see the notes below to find out why a bin may have deliberately been left unemptied.

Was your bin out on the right day and did you put out the correct bin? Pleae check the schedule for your street
Was your bin out by 6.30am?
Were there additional bags or was the bin overflowing?
Did your bin contain the wrong type of waste?
