Bulky or heavy collection
Introduction
Harrow Council will collect large or heavy items from Harrow residents who are unable to bring them to the Reuse and Recycling Centre.
The items must be put outside the property being picked up from.
Fly tipping is not only illegal, but also a criminal offence. Don't do it!
