Assisted refuse collection

The Council can provide an assisted collection to Harrow residents who are physically unable to move their bins. You must explain why you cannot move your bins, and your request must be approved by the Council in order for this service to be arranged.

To apply for an assisted collection, please complete the online form, print and sign it, and then post it to the Council.

Your details will be kept by the Council for the purposes of arranging assisted collections only and will not be passed to any third party.
