Grey Rubbish Bin
The grey bin is for all other household waste such as:
- All food waste
- Animal bedding eg sawdust, straw
- Ash
- Dog and cat waste
- Disposable nappies
- Flowers
- Glass - not bottles/jars
- Green garden waste
- Leaves
- Plastic bags
- Plastic film
- Plastic toys
- Polystyrene
- Prunings and cuttings max 100mm/4in dia
- Real Christmas trees
- Vacuum cleaner bags and waste
- Wood max 100mm/4in dia
Do not put soil, building rubble or small electrical items in the grey bin. These should be taken to the rubbish tip (Waste Reuse and Recycling Centre) in Wealdstone.

Take these to a charity shop or a recycling bank - find your nearest by street or postcode.
