Grange Schools consultation on future organisation

Grange Nursery and Infant School, Welbeck Road, Harrow, HA2 0RJ and
Grange Junior School, Welbeck Road, Harrow , HA2 0RJ

Harrow Council undertook a consultation on the future organisation of the Grange schools as a combined school from Monday 10 January until Monday 31 January 2011. 

The outcome of the consultation and recommendations of the governing bodies were reported to the Portfolio Holder for Schools and Colleges who agreed to publish statutory proposals that if approved would establish a combined school from September 2011.

Statutory proposals were published for 6 weeks from 21 February 2011 to 4 April 2011.  

Proposals to discontinue Grange Nursery and Infant School

Proposals to extend the age range and expand the capacity of Grange Junior School

At its meeting on 7 April 2011 Harrow Council Cabinet approved the statutory proposals. The two schools combined on 1 September 2011.

The name of the combined school from 1 September 2011 is Grange Primary School.
