Parking Permits

Not all Harrow residences are able to have parking permits. Before you apply for a parking permit, please first check to make sure that your address is entitled to a permit. Look at the list of parking permit restricted addresses on the page Apply for residents permit to see if you are eligible for a permit. 

Once you have verified that you are entitled to apply for a parking permit, please use this application form. There are terms and conditions on the application that we ask you to read and accept before your application will be considered.

In order to qualify for visitor permits, in addition to completing the application form, you must provide satisfactory proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency is either your name on the electoral register or any of the following:

• Vehicle registration document
• Driver's licence
• Recent bank or credit/debit card statement
• Recent utility bill
• Valid motor insurance policy document
• Pension book for those claiming senior citizen reduction

If you are a Senior Citizen, you must provide proof of your age. This might include your Freedom Pass or an official document that includes your date of birth (e.g. passport).

If you have previously provided the required supporting information to Harrow Parking Services, permits will be issued on receipt of payment.

Harrow libraries can issue you with visitor permits in person if you have all the correct information.

After you complete and click on 'Submit', a printable copy of your online form (in Adobe PDF format) will be generated. Please wait for this, print it out and sign it. You must return this signed copy along with the relevant proof and payment. (If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to London Borough of Harrow.)
