Parking Permits

Visitor parking permits can be applied for by printing and posting an online or downloaded form or directly from all Harrow libraries.

Parking for visitors is permitted with a Visitor Parking Permit, sold in books of 10. The easiset way to apply is to use our online form at the bottom of this page.

The cost of the permit depends on the zone in which the permit is required:

Visitor permit costs for zones A/B/C/CA/G/H/L/M/N/S/TB is £11.00 for a book of 10 permits. (This is reduced to £5.50 for senior citizens or for those receiving mobility benefits if discount is claimed).

Visitor permit costs for zones U/V/W/X is £10.20 for a book of 10 permits. (This is reduced to £5.10 for senior citizens or for those receiving mobility benefits if discount is claimed).

Visitor permit costs for zones D/E/F/J/K/P/R/TA is £17.00 for a book of 10 permits. (This is reduced to £8.50 for senior citizens or for those receiving mobility benefits if discount is claimed).
