What is registration?
You can vote in either the general or local election if you are registered to vote and your name appears on the electoral register.
Voting gives you the opportunity to have your say on important issues that may affect you.
By voting you can influence everything from roads and recycling in your area, to education and climate change.
In order to vote you must first register. If you haven't registered please fill in the electoral registration form and return to the address stated on the form or select the Register to Vote link.
