Complaints, comments and compliments - Children's Services
Introduction
This section is for you if you are a child or young person (or somebody representing a child or young person e.g. a parent):
- being looked after by Harrow Council
- if you are receiving services or being assessed for services from the council because you are in need
- if you are leaving care
Find further information on complaints about schools.
You can find out more about the complaints process from the different sections.
The council aims to learn from our mistakes to improve our services.
In any large organisation, things can go wrong. However, if we don't know there is a problem we can't help you. So we can only make things right if you tell us. We also want to hear any comments or compliments that you have on the services we provide.
Time limits
The council does not normally look into complaints about things that happened over a year ago.
