If you want to see how we have used your comments here are some examples of actions taken for improving our services, as a result of your feedback:
- Complaints about difficulties customers were experiencing in getting through to the Taxi-card service led to us demanding that the company running the service made it easier for customers to arrange appointments.
- Your comments concerning how you believe our staff could have been more helpful when you dealt with them have been used to improve our customer service training.
- Based on your comments we have redesigned the council tax exemptions forms to make them easier for you to fill in.
- We have improved the way we process refund requests in order to avoid delays.
- We have started the refurbishment of the Hatch End Swimming Pool, following a number of complaints on the quality of this facility.
