Talking magazines and newspapers
Harrow Talking Newspaper (HTN) produces a weekly news recording, a magazine (Hearabouts) and Harrow People every 2 months.
60 minute news recordings, based on local newspapers, are produced on Thursday evenings. They reach the listeners by free post by the following Monday.
Listeners are supplied with a digital player if they need one. All recordings are digital from 15 May 2012.
The service is free to anyone registered visually impaired, and living in or around Harrow.
HTN is affiliated to the National Federation of Talking Newspapers.
Apply by telephone to the HTN studio where an answerphone will record a message which will be responded to within a week.
