How to join
Joining libraries is free and easy - you can even apply to join on this page!
You'll be able to use your library card at any of our 11 libraries to borrow books, music, DVDs or use the Internet, plus more. Remember, once you join one Harrow library, you're a member at all of them!
You can join the library at any age but if you're under 16 your parent or guardian must sign your joining form for you.
To apply, click the application form on the right of this page, fill in the details, print it and hand it in to your chosen branch.
Proof of ID
You will be asked for one proof of identity showing either your address or
signature. If you have specified that you have a disability, please bring proof when you
collect your card
Alternatively, if you are unable to get to the library you can borrow books from the visiting library service.
