You can make a primary school application (also known as a common application form, 'CAF') in one of two ways:
- online application
- hand written CAF application - for children starting in reception class in September 2014, Harrow will co-ordinate the admissions process. Harrow residents must fill in the CAF regardless of whether they are applying for a Community, Academy, Catholic, Church of England, Hindu, Jewish or Free School , and/or any other state school in another borough or county. You can obtain a CAF from any Harrow primary school or from Access Harrow at the Civic Centre.
For information about the whole application process, see our guidance booklet.
If you're applying for a faith school/academy, in addition to the CAF you will need to fill in a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and return it directly to the school before the closing date. For further information about SIFs, see our faith school admissions pages.
Do not submit more than one application - whether paper-based or online. If you submit more than one application we will use only the most recent one.
Non-Harrow residents must contact their own council their own council for their application form.
