Contact Centre

Access Harrow is Harrow Council's reception service, also known as the 'One Stop Shop'.  We are your first point of contact for council help and advice. We serve you face to face, by telephone and via the web.

 

Our One Stop Shop facilities include:
  • A first point of contact to all council departments
  • A payment kiosk to pay council bills such as council tax, rent, parking fines etc.
  • Self serve computers for council information and online transactions
  • Induction loop for hard of hearing customers
  • Language interpreting services
  • Signers for profoundly deaf customers
  • Modern reception areas
