Scheme for Financing Schools
This scheme sets out the financial relationship between Harrow Council and the maintained schools which it funds. It applies to all community, nursery, voluntary, foundation, community special or foundation special schools maintained by Harrow Council.
The scheme contains requirements relating to financial management and associated issues which are binding on both the Authority and schools.
