Audit Commission Report 2010

Harrow Council has, for the first time ever, been awarded a three out of four score. The local government watchdog, the Audit Commission, has provided a report that says the council is getting better and that "important services are performing well".

The watchdog also said that improvements were being seen in all three priority areas:

• Delivering Cleaner and Safer streets
• Build Stronger Communities
• Improve Support for Vulnerable People
