Parking policy framework
This parking management and enforcement plan was agreed at the cabinet meeting on 18th October 2011. The plan takes into account the latest best practice and current priorities relevant to Harrow Council as well as the current national, regional and local policies.
The Council is working to implement all changes necessary to ensure it can implement all issues identifed. In particular, parking and permit charges have not yet been reviewed in line with the plan and doctor parking permits and reduced costs for business parking permits for those using environmentally friendly vehicles are not yet available.
