Early Intervention/Front Door/Referral Team
Purpose: To intervene earlier and reduce school exclusion, NEET, offending and anti social behaviour for young people aged 10-18 in order to narrow the gap in achievement and inclusion across Harrow's diverse youth community, and provide safeguarding.
Referral source: Schools, RIT, EIP, Triage

Work type: 1-1 support, group work, special projects, Service Level Agreements with private and third sector
Venues: Schools, youth centres, community venues, Youth Stop, Milton House, Police stations, Clinics
Targets: School attendance, achievement and exclusions, First time entrants, antisocial behaviour, healthy living (obesity, STIs, smoking, exercise)
NEET - Not in education, employment or training
