2009 Mid-Year Population Estimates by Ethnic Group: The Office for National Statistics (ONS) published their latest 'experimental' population estimates by ethnic group for Harrow and other local authorities in England in May 2011 - these can be downloaded from the ONS website. However, there are many methological difficulties in propducing these estimates, which mean that the results should be treated with some caution. The 2011 Census results will be released from July 2012 onwards and should provide us with a much more accurate picture of Harrow's diverse population.
