Sainsbury's Sport Relief - "Harrow Mile"

A charity event that provides an opportunity for you to be part of the UK's biggest year of sport and at the same time raise money to help the most vulnerable people in both the UK and in the world's poorest countries to change lives.

At the heart of this campaign is the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile that is open to anyone to run, walk, jog, wheel, bounce or crawl, regardless of age or ability.

The Sainsbury's Sports Relief "Harrow Mile" is organised in partnership with Greenwich Leisure Ltd and Harrow Athletics Club.

• Half Price Entry fee £3 Adults, £1.50 Children and £7.50 Family of 4(until 15 December)
• Course Distances - Choose from either 1, 3 or 6 Miles.  Start Time 10.30am
• Online Registration at www.sportrelief.com
• Sport Relief 2012 Medals provided to all participants.
• Opportunities for volunteers on the day.
