School Budget & Outturn Statements: Section 52 & 251 Statements
Under Section 251 of the Apprencticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 Harrow Council is required to prepare budget and outturn statements for each financial year. The statements give details of the total planned and actual spend by the Local Authority on educational provision (both school and non-school) in its area.
