EnterpriseMouchel

In July 2006, Harrow Council appointed EnterpriseMouchel as a long-term partner - consolidating infrastructure works previously carried out by more than 20 different contractors across the borough.

As part of the Partnership, EnterpriseMouchel - a highway management and maintenance company that is equally owned by Enterprise and Mouchel - was awarded a five-year, £100 million infrastructure works' package.

The Partnership is responsible for a wide range of areas across the borough - including 450km of roads; 900km of pavements; 19,000 street lights and columns; 30,000 street furniture items such as road signs, bins and bollards; 19,200 roadside drainage gullies; 72km of watercourse; 43 river structures; 150 structures including bridges, footbridges and subways; and winter maintenance of 290km of main roads.
