Use our online search facilities:

NOTE: Some applications received before December 2005 are not available to view online.  If you require this service please contact the planning office to arrange viewing.  Due to limited facilities, a maximum number of 6 applications will be made available to view at one time.

Viewing and Commenting on Planning Applications via Planning Search:

• Go to Planning Search
• Click and search by street name, postcode or reference number
• To make a comment on a current application, click on 'Make Comment'

On Harrow website:

• View a monthly list of determined applications
• View a list of new applications received in the last 7 - 28 days and submit comments

Planning applications can be viewed at Access Harrow reception, Civic 1. The reception is open 9am to 5pm.

Try 'Find Your Nearest'. Enter an address or postcode, select 'Planning Applciations Near You', click on the red numbered balloon and a brief outline of the application will appear on the screen with an option to view more details.

Online Applications via the Planning Portal

Planning applications can be submitted electronically online via the Planning Portal  This is a national website which has a number of benefits, including ability to upload drawings (except CAD), purchase site plans and calculate fees. 

NOTE: Online fee payment facility is not available at present.

OBSTRUCTION OF WATERCOURSES: Your attention is drawn to our guidance document 'Harrow's Land Drainage Bylaws' in relation to the obstruction of watercourses.  This document should be consulted when submitting a planning application.  Please contact our Engineering Drainage Section should you require further assistance.

1APP

1APP forms are available to download via the Planning Portal and Harrow website.  Paper copies of these forms will be made available on request.
