Sign in to apply for a Visitor parking permit
To apply for a Visitor parking permit you will need to have a MyHarrow account.
Register for an account or sign into your account to start.
Visitor parking permits allow non-residents to park in a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ). If you do not live in a CPZ, you will not be able to apply for a Visitor parking permit.
If you live in a Permit Restricted Property you will not not be permitted to apply for a parking permit.
It can take up to two weeks to receive the permit from the date of your payment.
How much do Visitor parking permits cost?
The fees shown below are for a book of 10 Visitor parking permits. Each household is restricted to apply for up to 10 books per year.
- Book of 10 parking permits: £26.60
- Book of 10 parking permits for seniors and disabled residents: £13.30
What documents do I need to upload for a discount?
To receive a discount for a Visitor parking permit you will need to provide the following:
- Mobility discount - proof of a mobility related benefit.
- Senior discount - you need to be aged 65 or over to be eligible. Please upload a copy of your State Pension letter. You can also use your Passport, Driving Licence, or Freedom Pass.
What if I am expecting tradespeople?
Residents in a CPZ need to buy a visitor parking permit for tradespeople. Tradespeople cannot buy parking permits themselves.
Can I request more Visitor parking permits?
For extra parking permits email parking.permits@harrow.gov.uk.
You will need to include the number of extra parking permits you need. Please also include the reason(s) you need extra parking permits.
What if I have lost my parking permits?
